Take your dream vacation at our very well maintained, beachfront paradise condo, located at South Seas Club Tower 3, a secure 55 acre gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds, walking paths, 8 tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, 2 bocce ball courts, putting green, and numerous boat docks.

This light and bright freshly decorated and painted two bedroom condo has breathtaking Marco Beach and Gulf views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and both bedrooms. You cannot beat the view from the south side of tower 3! All of the comforts of home with none of the worries. Our condo will provide you with the ultimate upscale vacation experience that you will never forget. Whether you enjoy relaxing on the lanai or walking on the beach enjoying the most beautiful sunsets, this is the place for you and your family.

With plenty of space for the whole family or all of your friends, our sixth floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beach front condo is beautifully decorated for style and comfort and can sleep six. The king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa bed can comfortably accommodate your vacation stay. Additionally, our spacious living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and two full baths provide ample room for relaxed vacation living. Both bedrooms were recently updated with new plank flooring as well!

When you are relaxing inside we have all the amenities to make you feel at home: 3 TVs, DVD, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, towels and linens. Extras include new beach chairs, umbrella, tables and chairs on the lanai, beach towels, hair dryers and high speed WIFI internet access in unit. Exercise facilities are also available in the building. Washer and dryer are located right down the hall from the unit.

However, we know that you’ll love being outside to take advantage of all that South Seas and Marco Island have to offer. Just walk out of the building and you are steps away from the large heated pool, and of course both Marco and Tigertail beach. The South Seas is adjacent to Tigertail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area which offers a picnic area with grills. There is a concession that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon. If you love to fish instead of sit at the beach, this location will be your sanctuary. You are steps from wading and catching snook, snapper, reds, catfish and more.

You will also find jet-ski rentals, parasailing and much more in front of the Marriott Resort.

Great location and great condo overall. A couple of issues with the TVs working a few times which was annoying, but we didn’t really watch a lot of tv during our stay. The owners provide all the beach gear with the condo which was a huge plus, especially the wagon as the beach is a bit of a trek with little ones!

Great home! The view was awesome! Clean & bright. Everything that you need from kitchen supplies to toiletries to beach chairs/toys/umbrella. We cooked in (for the most part) and this was the first condo that we have stayed at that already had salt/pepper & seasonings. There were also ample supplies of soap (hand/dish/dishwasher), paper towel, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags and Kleenex. So nice that we did not have to go out and buy these things prior to arrival or shortly after. A true blessing! Would stay again!

We have stayed all along the Gulf Coast from Clearwater to Naples, but Marco is our favorite!

Upon arriving we were swept away by the beauty of not only the property but the view from the condo. It was like we were in a piece of Heaven on earth and time stood still as we enjoyed walks on the beach, the beauty of the sunset on the ocean. Each night we enjoyed a different restaurant, which always included fresh seafood and live music. The owners of the property, were very responsive from the time of booking, during and after our stay. Cleaning was immaculate and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking. We were also pleased to find beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. The property was exactly as described and a perfect spot for refreshing, enjoying the beautiful ocean and we will definitely be coming back soon.

Highly Recommended Condo

This condo was wonderful! The view was exactly as pictured. It was clean with nice décor and was stocked well - from the furniture on the balcony, to an array of good books in the T.V. console, to items in the kitchen, to plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for our family of five. The bath towels and linens were a nice quality and plentiful as well. We communicated with the owner on a couple of occasions prior to our trip down and received prompt and helpful responses to our questions. The overall facilities are fantastic with beautiful tennis and pickle ball courts as well as shuffleboard and bocce ball. One of the main attractions is the location of this condo on the island because the beach area (which you can see from the pictures) is huge with not as much "people congestion" as noticed on our walks south down the beach. The condo's proximity to the Tiger Tail Beach area provided easy access to us when hunting for sand dollars (which were plentiful)! We had a wonderful week here and would strongly recommend this condo unit as a place for your family to stay while enjoying Marco Island!

Relaxing getaway with a fabulous view.

We spent a week on beautiful Marco Island Feb 25 - March 4. Our condo was lovely and very well supplied. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We were the 2nd renters for the new owners and they didn't miss a beat on supplying anything you may need. We spent a lot time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. The balcony receives morning sun until about 2:30 standard time. You weren't able to see the sunset from the balcony, but what a nice evening walk to the beach to enjoy it with the roar of the waves keeping you company. It's a 10 minute walk to the waters edge. It's easy to roll a beach cart or stroller if you have children. The owner's also provide the cart, chairs, umbrellas and ice chests. We enjoyed dinner at places the owners recommended and they were wonderful. Sunset Grille, Joey's for Italian entrees or pizza (across the street), and Snook Inn (where we saw a sail fish show off with a huge jump). We ventured to find a Mexican restaurant and tried Margarita's and another seafood restaurant CJ's on the Bay, both very good. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation.

Pleasantly surprised as advertised, clean, beautiful view, quiet, centrally located to everything.

The property was well maintained, not just this one unit we stayed but the whole condo complex. The security was top notch, from the security to enter the complex, but also the key entry to get in to the building at all entrances. No unwanted guests allowed, which we liked and felt safe. Our condo was well furnished, as the owners have thought of everything for their guest's stay. Good internet access for us that work through the week, or for enjoyment. The hallways in the condo unit were quiet too, never heard any unwanted noise, especially after 9:00pm. Wonderful pool area, never too busy or full. Bottom line, we would absolutely stay at this condo and property again. Thanks Scott & Kelly for the opportunity good job.

Great getaway with teens & AMAZING views

We had a great stay at this property! Amazing views greet you and are visible from every room in the condo... even when you aren’t down on the beach you feel like you are. My son enjoyed fishing at the nearby TigerTail Beach and the resort boat docks, as well as the beach and local ponds. It was great to have that as an option for him while we were at the beach. Great restaurants in the area made for fun dinners every night. We rented a pontoon boat and cruised the channels, fished and did some shell hunting on island beaches. This condo gave my teens their own room, and allowed them to have things to do while still getting some much needed downtime. We loved this property and will definitely return! Scott is great to work with and is very responsive!

EVERY room has a view of the beach AND a slider to the balcony!!!

WOW is all I can stay for starters. We have stayed at every beachfront accommodation imaginable and this condo is hands down our favorite. As I said in the title, every room has a view. Even when I sat facing away from beach I could still see it in the mirrored wall in the living room. Waking up every morning and seeing the gulf even before getting out of bed is motivating for us to get up and get going. In addition to the views, we enjoyed the beautiful decorating, the very attractive and updated well-stocked kitchen, and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the entire place. Last month we stayed in a condo on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and there is no comparison to this place in terms of the condo itself and the relaxing, serene surroundings. While talking to folks at the pool we found out that not all the condos at South Seas have been updated but this one is like new with many upgrades. We're looking forward to our next visit.

Why they chose this property

Kelly and I bought this property in January of 2017. We immediately fell in love with the amazing views from almost every inch of the condo. When they built this building they truly had the view in mind. Immediately after purchasing we spent a lot of time, money and energy making sure the condo would provide many years of enjoyment for all it's visitors. We have already enjoyed it multiple times and we look forward to sharing it with you and your family and friends.
