Nantucket Style Luxury on the Sand! 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 story unit, opens right onto the boardwalk and sand. Nicest rental on the peninsula -- Newly constructed in 2015 with gourmet kitchen -- subzero, wolf appliances, and great room with fireplace that opens to a giant patio with a built in BBQ. Bifold doors disappear to connect the patio and great room to give the true indoor/outdoor living. One covered parking space, and one garage space (tandem). On the beach, plus only one block from the bay and the newly opened Marina Park. Two Master bedrooms with king beds and private baths. Two bedrooms with queen beds (and one additional toddler bed), and one with a full/twin bunk. One bedroom on ground level, 4 upstairs. One bathroom on ground level, 3 upstairs. Linens, towels, beach towels, and all cooking and serving supplies included. 65" 4K TV in family room plus 3 additional tvs in bedrooms, Wifi, Cable TV, Conveniently located between the Newport and Balboa piers, close proximity to many restaurants, bars, boat and bike rentals. We hope you enjoyed your stay! Check out is by 11 am. Please take all personal items and food out of the unit and refrigerator. Make sure all trash is bagged and put in the cans in the carport.

Do not leave dishes in the sink, but you may load and start the dishwasher and make sure to return clean dishes to their proper cabinets. If you used the BBQ, make sure to brush it off well.

Strip any used beds and pile any used towels Wash sand off beach chairs, toys & boogie boards & return to the garage. Make sure lights & a/c off and lock the door and return key to the garage drawer.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The location is incredible as it is directly on the beach. Nice quiet part of the boardwalk and within walking distance to bike rentals, shops and restaurants. Will definitely rebook.

The beach house was perfect for our family of 10. All the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with both a carafe and Keurig coffee machines. No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas or toys, they have it all. Location is on the beach and nearly by the playground. Easy to walk down the board walk for dinner and ice cream!

We had the best time! This location can’t be beat. Spectacular views from the upstairs bedrooms, the most incredible patio to enjoy the ocean views. Easy beach access, close to Newport, Balboa, and amazing restaurants. The house itself is light, bright, and open. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and made the whole process so easy. We can’t wait to visit again!

The home is everything and more. The host was responsive and went above and beyond. This property is perfect for family gatherings and girl trips. Each bedroom is decorated in beach chic and having so many restrooms makes it convenient for any gathering. The living space is modest but the view is what you are there for. Located in the heart of Newport Beach, you can easily walk to get coffee or cocktails. I can't wait to plan my next trip back. Way to go!

You can't get any closer to the beach than this property. The 1st floor family room and kitchen have wall-to-wall windows/doors that face the beach/ocean. There were also fantastic views of the beach/ocean from the 2 master suites on the 2nd floor. We have stayed in several different homes on or near the beach, but none have had the kitchen amenities that the owner of this house provided. And, when we opened a closet door on the 1st floor, there were enough beach toys, beach chairs, beach games for our entire group. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer!
