We enjoyed the stay and will book again. There were some fairly minor but noticeable deficiencies with the Dryer not working and the spa in definite need of maintenance, lastly the heating system need more fine tuning following each guest to reestablish normal or intended settings
The host was welcoming and reached out to us before our stay to offer a late check out, which was great because we were able to get an additional morning of skiing. The place was clean, warm, and perfectly located to ski on and off Jiminy Peak. We highly recommend it and would go back next year!
Our host Michael was very responsive and helpful and even went out of his way to mail to use an item we had neglected to pack. Superior customer service!
Superb for a family get together of 9 adults and 3 children,/infants, great amenities. Wonderful welcome snacks, and even coffee provided. Great living room/dining room combo to accommodate playing charades.
Love the separation of bedrooms to accommodate Family units. Really enjoyed the stay in this beautiful home. Property manager was excellent and had perfect communication. Thanks for a great stay.

One of the best skiing experiences I ever had
We discovered Jiminy Peak resort 2 year ago and wanted to come back because it's such a nice family-friendly and homey-feeling place. Night skiing is big deal for us. Back then we stayed at a hotel. This time we found this amazing house and enjoyed every bit of it. When we came a hot outdoor jacuzzi was waiting for us. In the morning you wake up to a beautiful view of the mountain with white ski-trails. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a little path (1 minute walk from the house) that leads straight to a ski trail. So, this is almost ski-in-ski-out house. Definitely don't need to drive. All the details are thought trough - from a little ski closet on front porch to big dining table that easily sits 12 people, to garbage shed that is far enough that you don't smell it, yet close enough that you don't need to drive to it. Plenty of supplies, towels, garbage bags, nothing is broken, all light bulbs are working - these are small things, but everything matters when you are on a family vacation. The house is very bright and clean. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Definitely would come back.
We were a group of 11 adults and a baby . It was a family outing we enjoyed the stay the house was as good as shown in the pictures. Micheal is a good host answered the phone whenever we called. It’s a beautiful place to enjoy with the family and friends would recommend to all my friends. And definitely will visit it again. Thanks Michael.
The instructions were clear. Mike was easy to talk to and very polite. He answered all questions asked. The place was clean and there were plenty of plates, pots, utensils, and cleaning agents. We enjoyed our stay and are willing to come back.

Amazing Townhome & Host
Our family had an incredible time staying at Michael's townhome. A welcome basket greeted upon arrival and a spotless, well-maintained place to stay while being away for the weekend skiing. The host was incredibly generous and communicative, which always makes the experience even better! The home could not have been lovelier. All 8 of us fit comfortably and adored the home. It is definitely a ski in/ ski out access townhome as well. This is extremely handy! Access to the community pool was a big perk for the littles as well as the hot tub on the deck. Overall, this was a great place to stay for our family and we will definitely be back!

The house is not as seen in photos, in fact it is much smaller. It is also too much the charges the
I really wouldn't recommend it, it's not worth a lot of money. There are more beautiful, comfortable and cheaper houses.

From the Owner:
Thanks for leaving your feedback on your visit. We are very sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t more positive. Since we did not hear anything from you during your visit, we assumed you were enjoying it. Guests are always encouraged to reach out during their stay, and we would have liked to know how we could have made things better for you and your family. We hope you took advantage of our early check-in and late checkout offer. We would love it if you gave us another chance in the future. All the best.
We had a wonderful time. Home was well stocked . FYI for future guests, the basement was freezing and we could not adjust the temperature. We had to use all the blankets and everyone was still cold. It was too bad because other than sleeping it would have been a great area to hang out. The gas grill flow from the tank to the grill is faulty and there is a gas build up that blew at the legs of the griller. No one was hurt but there is a potential for a future accident. Even with those issues it was a great stay, great house and great vacation. Thank you
We stayed here in August of 2023 with a family group of 7 and it was an excellent set up. The great room had plenty of space for games, meals and TV watching and the downstairs den was a perfect video game space for the young adults. We really liked being at Jiminy Peak and did some hiking and the ropes course. I’m sure it would be ideal during ski season. We also explored the Berkshires nature (Mt. Greylock) and culture (Mass Museum of Contemporary Art, Tanglewood). It was a bit of a drive to the grocery store but there’s a nice convenience store with snacks and drinks at the base of Jiminy Peak. The owners were very thoughtful in providing all the information we needed and a nice gift basket on arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

A group of 14 people stayed at this house, including children and adults. We felt safe and secure in this house. The house is beautiful, the linens and towels were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the homeowner was beyond expectations. He was available to answered every question we had. The scenery was beautiful! Quiet, peace, joy, and happiness in a nut shell.
We visited this place the first week of October and were able to experience the beauty of Autumn. We would love to come back in the future and invite more family and friends.
