This newly built one bedroom apartment is located halfway between Frankton and Queenstown.
It is positioned right beside Lake Wakatipu, you can simply walk down to the lake and access the Frankton Walking Track that will take you to the heart of Queenstown's town centre.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances you could expect ensuring you can make yourself at home.

The bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed and sliding doors opening out onto the balcony, which allows you to soak up the summer sun and take in the amazing views.

The apartment is completed with a fully equipped bathroom and laundry that includes a washing machine and dryer.

Lovely stay. Great location with an amazing view. Parking was a little confusing, easier if there were lines on the ground to show three car spaces. Heater made it lovely and warm but would be a lot warmer with a blanket or two for the colder nights. Would stay again!

Truly a little gem!

This apartment is fantastic. Just what we wanted, a small place with kitchen, bath, and bedroom. From the Lanai you can sit and take in the wonderful Lake and Mountain View’s. Queenstown is close and the bus system is great and easy to use. Nicola Hall was very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to come back one day!

Fantastic view

This is a new apartment. The view is to die for. It is convenient to the bus stop, plus the walking trail to Queenstown and Frankton is just below the apartment. It is appropriate for two people. Nicola was great. We would stay there again.

This was a fabulous little apartment with a great view of the lake, a true gem. Incredibly clean and a great location. We were able to take Ubers into town. The one thing I would recommend is to not drive a big car or truck and try to park there. The parking spots are small and it’s very hard to turn around if you are in anything bigger than a midsize car.

Very cute place with a great view but close to the neighbours

Cute little place for a couple. Nice and clean, with a good view. Only con is, it is connected to another house, walls are thin so can hear the neighbours when trying to sleep. But overall enjoyed our stay
