Less than 3/4 of a mile to the beach, you will be there in 4 minutes by car or bike and about 11-14 minutes to walk. This delightful, quiet and comfortable ranch home will sleep a family of 8 people in a king, queen, 3 twins including a trundle and a pullout twin sofa in the living room. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a beautiful attached full bathroom while bedrooms two (queen) and three (three twins) share a second full bath. Beach chairs, umbrella and buggy are included. Please bring your own linens and towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. If you prefer to rent we recommend Gale Force Rentals. They deliver and pick up and offer everything you could want at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, beach buggies, etc. A beach buggy and some sand toys are provided in the outdoor storage unit. There is a charcoal grill and some barbecue tools. You may need to purchase coals and/or fluid.



You will love this location just steps to downtown Bethany Beach and the boardwalk and a short drive to all kinds of dining, shopping and included activities. Enjoy relaxing on the quiet front or side decks in the morning or at night with your favorite drink. Have dinner using the new Weber charcoal grill. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours. Inside is a tastefully decorated living room, dining room and updated kitchen for your use. The coffee pot is k-cup & drip. There are three "smart only" TVs. Please bring your passwords. The washer dryer is in the kitchen.



There is space in the driveway for two large vehicles. 2 Bethany Beach parking passes are provided for your use in any unmetered space downtown. They cost $100 each to replace. This house uses a day and time sensitive digital lock. A code will be emailed when you pay your balance.



Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. The daily value of these in season is $234 and $107 off season. You receive instructions after you book. You receive one pass per activity per home, per day including:

Beach Vacation

This house was perfect for our yearly family vacation. The house comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 old. Comfortable furniture and beds, nice outdoor area, charcoal grill- beach chairs (low to ground) provided, beach buggy provided as well. Location was great- the resident permit parking pass was great when you didn’t feel like taking the quick walk to the beach!

Close to the heart of town and beach

My family visited for the 2nd year in a row and love the location and the comfort of the house. Located .75 miles to the beach. The cleaning crew had the house ready by noon and it was super clean. The kitchen has plenty of supplies to for cooking at home. The refrigerator with an ice maker is a great bonus. The laundry facility helps to keep towels fresh dry for the next beach day. The beds are all comfortable and there is plenty of space for 5-6 people. Only reason I give it a 4 star is that the house could use some upgrades

We had a great stay, the house was big enough for 6 adults and 1 small child and a baby. In a nice quiet area not too far from town. The house was clean and just what we needed. Would recommend it to others. I only wish that there was a gas grill, then it would be a 5 star rating.

First time to Bethany beach and this rental. Perfect sized house for our small family-location was excellent: within walking distance to beach and boardwalk. We didn't have to drive once. Kitchen was adequately stocked; including a washer and dryer. A little bit more detail to cleaning would have been nice, better beach chairs for the beach, and didn't receive the passes for the free activities Otherwise, nice stay!

Great Location

We had a great time. A few kinks at the beginning ( no working coffee machine, missing umbrellas mentioned in listing). Jeremy the property manager was super responsive and resolved all our issues in a timely manner. Good location. Great space for a family that surfs, like us, with a few boards, or a family with a lot of beach gear, great yard.The bathrooms are pretty dated and it could use a few board games ;) Otherwise is a nice little house.

Candlelight Drive

We had a wonderful two week family vacation in Bethany Beach. The house is on a lovely, quiet street in a great location - 15 minute walk to Bethany Beach Boardwalk and 15 minute walk the other direction to two great restaurants (Off the Hook and DeFibos). The beach umbrella, chairs and cart were a real plus. We would have preferred a gas grill and we needed a tea pot. I would also recommend a small information sheet - garbage pick up day, list of restaurant recommendations, etc.

This place is cute and very close to the beach! It’s about a half mile walk to the boardwalk. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and there are plenty of safe walking paths close by. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are nice, the mattresses are very soft. Definitely bring a fan if you run hot as there are no ceiling fans in the house. The inside of the home looked just like the listing, but the deck and driveway need some repairs. The only thing we would have liked was a sheet with some information about the house and surrounding area. We had no communication with the property manager outside of check in and check out instructions, but we didn’t experience any issues while in the home. We plan to stay again!

We're sad that our guest did not feel able to reach out to us for ideas. The home comes with 8 free activities per day. These were noted in the check in instructions and the listing. The owners do plan to work on the deck and the AC in the home works well.

The house was clean and it’s in a great location. It was the perfect meet up house for my family! Bethany beach is very crowded in August. It would make sense to go around mid September instead.

Great location well appointed home!

We really enjoyed our stay - the home was great. Very clean, ideal location, plenty of parking and very comfortable for a relaxing family vacation. We hadn’t been to Bethany is a while, it’s not the sleepy beach town it once was. We didn’t mind but make reservations in advance. We weren’t able to get into some of our favorite restaurants. Not a big deal just a tip for vacationers. Perfect stay.

Perfect family trip

We loved our stay in Bethany Beach! The location was perfect – the house is on a quiet street but a quick and easy walk to the beach, the park, the boardwalk, and restaurants. The rooms in the house have a lot of seating, plenty of space for our family to spread out, and we liked relaxing on the porch. The kids loved that they could play in the yard and walk to Candy Kitchen! We will definitely stay here again!
