Our 2-bedroom apartment is located within a few minutes walk of beaches, the harbour, cafes/restaurants, Wollongong’s CBD and outdoor attractions.
The apartment sleeps up to 5 guests in total and is perfect for families.
Guests have access to one car parking space on the premises.
The Space: Feel right at home in our cosy apartment which has what you will need for your stay, including AC and a fully equipped kitchen.
The main bedroom offers a queen size bed while the second bedroom has 2 king single beds and a single trundle. Quality linen is provided.
The newly renovated bathroom includes a shower and bathtub. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
In addition to the allocated car space, there is also free street parking.
Wifi is available. Amazon Prime Video and free-to-air on the 50inch smart TV is also available.
Guest access: Centrally located, the apartment is situated towards the back of a small complex. There are 5 steps to access entry to the building, however the unit has no steps once inside.
Please note: - Our apartment is in a quiet 1960's residential building. Noise must be kept to a minimum. No parties or events.

The apartment was really cute and a perfect size for our family of 3. The beds were really comfortable, and our son said the shower was “the best!”. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the coast where we found several good restaurants and shops.Chris was great to work with. He responded very quickly to all of my questions, and was very flexible-allowing for an early check in and late check out. I would definitely recommend this rental.

My partner and I enjoyed our time here very much, wonderful and close to many things like shops and the beach, overall very nice and would stay again :)
Unit had everything that was needed and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Great central location and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Thanks for a great stay guys!
The apartment was clean and tidy and the air conditioner was left on prior to our arrival, on a hot and sticky day this was very appreciated. also a shout out to the owner of unit 7, very friendly and helpful.
Loved our stay, club is across the road and walking distance to shops and beach. Beds are very comfortable.
Looking forward to staying here again.
Would not hesitate in recommending this cosy 2 bedroom place.

My friends and I had a great stay at this stayz location. The property manager was quick to respond and happy to help when needed.
We especially appreciated the compendium at the location. It was very informative.
Fantastic spot, close to beach, close to shops, close to eating out (all walking distance).
Don’t bring a big car, parking is tricky for anything bigger than a hatch.

The parking spot does require some manoeuvring, like many other parking spots do. But it will fit and size car (including large cars/vans etc), and it’s actually quite long so no troubles there.
Enjoyed our stay, the unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. No air con but the heaters provided worked well. The unit is across the road from The Builders Club and a short walk to a variety of other restaurants and shopping centre.
