LOVED this place. Just what a beach house should be, comfortable. Comes equipped with all you need. Yes it is an older home but with lots of character. All appliances worked coffee maker stove microwave ice maker washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heat worked great. Reed Real Estate staff was wonderful and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean, beach views were incredible. Check in was fast and it was nice to meet the people in the office when checking in, it makes it more personable. Have booked with Reed in the past and will do so again!

Thanksgiving

Our favorite house to stay in so far. The key code battery was dead and they were super quick to come fix it. I loved the fact that they had family pictures in the house and location was perfect. The kitchen dishes and the main bathroom weren't very clean, but overall it was great.

Unique home

I loved the property. Right in the beach. Large windows were perfect for watching the waves. Loved the unique furnishings and pictures of history of the family and house. Definitely not your typical beach house.

Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved our stay, and the location can't be beat! So lovely to be able to run down the beach at any time!... and a gorgeous beach at that! The house was really cute with lots of space inside for everyone. The kitchen had plenty of space to make big meals for our group as well. The AC did a great job of keeping up with the incredibly hot week when we were there! We absolutely would love to come back sometime! Sidenotes if you stay: make sure you pack all of the spices, etc you will need for cooking, as well as a larger pan or two if you are cooking for a large group! Also, if you want to sit on the deck, bring camp chairs, as there are no chairs on the deck... but the view is lovely and so is the breeze, so we loved it! (my favorite way to start every day -- on the deck, with my book, a quiet waves and the breeze!)
