This home is a 4 minute drive from the lake, 8 minute drive from hiking trails, ski/ snowboard slopes and restaurants. Prime location for a family getaway in the winter or to enjoy a barbecue and fishing on the lake during the summer. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, TV, bar seating, beautiful wood/gas burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The first bedroom has a NEW queen bed and a smart TV. The second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed, TV, and deck. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood/gas burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
