Majestic Sun 506b is a one bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo in Seascape Resort. It is one of the few condos in the Majestic Sun condominium that offers an extra eastern view, which provides you with breathtaking views from almost every room! Take advantage of the resort amenities while staying with us, like the community indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness area, golf, sports courts and town center with several restaurants, an ice cream shop, laser tag, concert venue and more!

You'll be greeted by the open-concept living area, which leads straight to the beachfront balcony. The sliding glass doors give you floor-to-ceiling views of the Emerald Coast, and the balcony is furnished so you can sit outside and enjoy the sunset. The kitchen has been completely updated and is fully equipped for all your needs! Now, enjoy granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances while making your favorite meals. The dining area offers seating for four with two extra stools at the breakfast bar. There's also a washer/dryer in the guest bathroom for extra convenience.

The private master suite offers a king bed, smart TV and a private master bath with a tub/shower combination. There are two bunks in the hallway for guests, perfect for the kids, with a nearby full guest bathroom that features a walk-in shower.

You'll have the entire condo as well as the private balcony to yourselves.

Guests will also have access to the community indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness room and beach. This condo is located in Seascape Resort, which also offers golf and tennis.

Awesome view

Great condo with a great view. Had everything we needed. The bedroom window would be great if it had a blackout curtain on it, the outside hall light was extremely bright and made it hard to sleep in the bedroom. Other than that one is sure the condo was awesome.

Great Family Vacation

The place is perfectly placed, right on the beach, with an incredible view that we took in every morning and night! Everything needed was stocked and ready to go. We did not have to worry about anything!

pleasant stay Communication with property management above and beyond Kitchen , living area , and one of bathrooms nicely updated. Bedroom bathroom needs a bit of upgrade,repair. Overall recommend because of location and quick / super friendly response regarding anything from property.

Great location

Traveled from Utah to Florida, long day. Arrived late and didn’t have my check instructions available on my phone. Reached out on the app and Lovely got back to me so quick! She made check in a lot less stressful. Condo was nice, perfect location. The only complaint was the sofa sleeper. The mattress really needs to be replaced. We vacuum sealed a mattress topper and brought it with us but it still wasn’t enough to make the bed remotely comfortable. If the sofa sleeps isn’t needed then it’s a great place to stay!

The condo was quite dirty. The blue couch and ottoman had nasty stains. The matress on the sofa bed was disgusting. There were stains all over it. The table the TV sat on was broken. The view was nice and the pool was lovely.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent two weeks here and this is our 2nd stay here. I'll very likely come back for a third. The location is great, the view is excellent, and for a family of 4 with kids this is a great place.Upon arriving it was clean to my satisfaction. The kitchen is decently stocked and there were some consumables to get us started (you'll need to go shopping for toilet paper, laundry soap, shower stuff, trash bags). The kitchen is ready for some cooking if that's your thing (we mostly ate out). The ice maker is broken so there's ice cube trays (these work just fine for me). When it's time to relax the furniture is decent, the fans push a breeze and the AC keeps it cool. Patio furniture on the balcony is nice for sitting and enjoying the view. Full size washer/dryer are aged, but worked just fine for the laundry. The beds were very decent and my kids enjoy the bunk beds. With a long stay we appreciated the full size laundry (not those mini apartment machines). No matter how hard you try you will track sand in, but a broom and a vacuum are there to manage that. The location is amazing with all the restaurants and shopping you could ask for. Many within walking distance, as well as an ice cream shop on site.The building has two points right in front to access the beach. There are two pools and two hot tubs, as well as rinsing station to try to get as much sand off as you can. One annoying thing is the building closes the pools if there's a hint of lightning. I feel they're a bit quick, but oh well. There's a large parking garage with plenty of spots. Here's a tip, park in the garage, take the parking garage elevator to the third floor and use the pedestrian bridge to talk over, then zig zag to building B elevators THEN up to the 5th floor.If there's a problem (they forgot our parking pass), calling them results in a human answering the phone. No automated answering. The building shows age but signs of improvements. I'
