Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Perfect for large family/friend groups. All 4 townhomes in this listing, gives you room for gathering and privacy at the same time.

These units were fully remodeled with functionality in mind! You will love the clean minimalist design with big functionality packed into this unit! Each unit has a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Fully stocked kitchens for cooking. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more.

The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio with pet friendly astro turf, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.

Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each units so 12 total!

Central Air conditioning, Roku smart TV for access to all the major apps AND access to local channels with spectrum TV, Upgraded Wifi (1 gig) for quick internet connections.

Additional $20/night pet fee is applicable if traveling with a pet

Family Gathering 2024

We were all very pleased with the 4 units we rented for the weekend. The units were clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen were fully stocked with dishes, mugs, coffee maker and all the appliances you may need to cook your meals. Plenty of space for each of our families. It was like home away from home. Great setup for multiple families

We had 4 families traveling together so this set up worked great for us. The units are super clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The only minor critique would be location, it is not very convenient to shopping or nicer restaurants. It is in an older part of town and near a family homeless center, but we had zero issues with the neighborhood and never felt unsafe. Overall the stay was great, if you are just using it as a home base to go see the area it does the trick.

Perfect place for multiple family getaway!

We rented this unit along with 3 other families to enjoy spring break with our kids! We’re all biking families so enjoyed being close to the amazing trails the area had to offer. Units were perfect and stocked intentionally and perfectly with all your needs. Fire pit and s’more makings provided were a big hit! We’ll be back! Had to communicate with property manager about a couple of things and the response time was immediate. 5 out of 5 stars!
