Resort Plaza 5058 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that can sleep up to five guests. The living room offers comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
The main suite offers a peaceful retreat for a great night’s sleep with a comfortable king-size bed, gas-burning fireplace, and en suite bathroom. A twin murphy bed provides additional sleeping arrangements if needed or neatly hides away when not in use.
When you are not dining in one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, easily prepare a bite to eat in the well-equipped kitchen and dine at the breakfast bar that can seat three or the dining table that can seat four.
For your comfort in the summer months this property offers air conditioning. Resort Plaza offers complimentary fiber wi-fi and elevator service. Complimentary underground parking is located at the Lowell Condominiums and a year-round pool, hot tub, and fitness facility are located on the first level of The Lodge at Mountain Village. Please Note: The Resort Plaza parking garage has a height limitation of 6 feet 10 inches and alternative parking for oversized vehicles is not available. There are limited parking stalls for SUV’s between 6’ and 6’ 10 on the main level. Additional parking via a garage elevator is available for vehicles under 6’.

This was our 1st trip to Park City. Traveled with my teenage son. I would highly recommend staying here. The location can’t be beat. The window overlooks the 2 main chair lifts & only takes a few min to walk from room to lift. You are Steps away from the stores & restaurants. The property manager was quick to respond via text when I had questions. Check in & out was easy. They send you all the codes within a day after signing the rental agreement sent via emailThe room was clean & as described if not even better. We will 100% stay here again. The price can’t be beat - much less expensive than the big resorts & much is much larger. Perfect for families.
Building is hard to find the first time but property manager was helpful in navigating me to it. The home its self is very clean and nice. Had some minor issues but they will handled very quickly. We did not ski the local mountain, we went to deer valley, but it would have been very convenient. Downstairs had restaurants, shops, ice skating rink, shuttles etc. when we were there once the ski resort closed it was very dark and empty when walking to the building.

Nice condo, difficult to find though.
Condo was nice & a decent space despite having four adults staying there. Finding the property & parking garage was frustrating. Had to call the main office only to receive a message regarding after hours, but was not after hours. Called back & someone answered. Renters need to update details of where the condo & parking garage are located. Other than that the condo was nice & comfortable even with five adults.

Lighting in living area horrible. Bright cold white lights. No lamps or warm light to relax
Wall units that provides “heat” blow cold air so only way to warm up is in bedroom with fireplace.
Burned out light bulb over kitchen island. The bright white lighting is absolutely horrendous. Will not rebook because of lighting alone.
