Large groups will have plenty of space to spread out, thanks to the numerous sleeping areas around the house. Please note this is a family house and may not be suitable for groups of 10 adults (please check the photographs for our bedding configuration or please don't hesitate to contact us for more information).

Below are the sleeping and bathing arrangements:

★ Master Suite: King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, upstairs private terrace with views to Mount Coolum.
★ Second Bedroom: Two single beds
★ Third Bedroom: Queen-sized bed
★ Fourth Bedroom: Double-sized bed plus Queen sized sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or two children
★ A full bathroom is also located on the second level, while a half bath is located downstairs.

All bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are also plenty of plush towels available for your use.

The full kitchen has all the essentials for whipping up tasty group meals and there’s enough counter space for multiple chefs. You’ll find brand new stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, baking essentials, spices, and olive oil.

You can enjoy your meals as a large group at the downstairs dining table, cozy up to the kitchen bar area, or head outside to enjoy your meals alfresco.

Your morning coffee is on us with the gourmet coffee bar, which includes a Breville Nespresso machine. We provide coffee pods, K-cups, sugars, assorted teas, and Lindt hot chocolate flakes.

If you need to do laundry during your stay, the kitchen is where you’ll find the full-size washer and dryer (detergent provided).

The main-level living room is a cozy space with a comfortable couch, two plush chairs, and a 65” Smart TV. For the book worms, you'll find a selection of cookbooks, children's books and adult fiction available.

Spend your afternoons hanging out in our outdoor area, listening to the ocean or lounging on our sun loungers.

If you don’t feel like walking down to the beach, you can cool off in the secluded pool. There’s even an outdoor shower for cleaning off after your time in the pool or day at the beach.

If the rain ruins your day, you can hang out with our puzzles, Jenga blocks or games.

Feel free to use the beach wagon to haul all your gear down to the water - we have towels, chairs, toys, and even a boogie board for you to use!
