The Space: This recently fully refurbished home has made every effort to ensure your stay includes the maximum amount of comfort, relaxation space and all the quality you deserve.
The lounge is spacious, extremely well lit and has high ceilings with full room width, floor to ceiling windows. These look directly out to stunning uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains.
The room has full heating via an electric heat pump and also has air-conditioning for the summer months. The combined lounge and dinning is a great socializing space with soft throws for all and comfy quality seating.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped will all the conveniences one might expect, including large fridge freezer, electric oven, and hob, microwave, rice cooker, quality Nespresso coffee machine, and all crockery and cutlery to produce a gourmet meal, should you desire.
The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed fitted with top quality hotel linen and 1000 gram topper. This bedroom looks towards the lake and has room width floor to ceiling folding door windows with stunning views even when laying in the bed. The bedroom is also fitted with flat-screen 32 inch Smart TV.
The second bedroom has a Queens-sized bed again fitted with top quality hotel linen, including 10000-gram topper. The room is also fitted with its own flat-screen 32 inch smart TV.
The bathroom is well equipped having a large walk-in high pressure shower and cubical with complimentary, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There are ample storage spaces and a clothes washing machine and dryer with complimentary powder for your convenience.
There is a separate water closet (WC) room so you will never be caught short!
The outside deck area is truly amazing. Ideal for socializing or relaxing, reading a book, having a morning coffee or whilst tasting that local wine, perhaps purchased from that day's excursions.

The Neighborhood: Alpine Meadows is a residential area with amazing wide panoramic views overlooking the Remarkable mountains, Wakatipu lake, across to Kingston. Elevated from lake level, it offers incredible scenic walks including into town. (Great photo opportunities) A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian/NZ style restaurant and wine bar, fish & chip shop are all within 3 minutes walk. Their is a public bus stop directly opposite providing hassle free easy access to the city center and a children's outdoor playground is 2 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!
Getting Around: At the end of our street and directly opposite is a bus stop. It is a 5-minute ride into central Queenstown. Alternatively, a taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. "Uber" is also very cost-effective and efficient, our own experience is very positive!
Interaction with Guests: When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!
