We loved every minute, fabulous house in a most magnificent location.

Primary issue was lack of communication about our need for late check out. Emails went to spam, not phone calls and no options provided. We provided plenty of notice of the requirement.

We prioritise urgent or emergency requests over weekends, and your booking inquiry came through late on a Saturday. Our team responded promptly on Monday, which was within 48 hours of your initial request, and your check-in was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Regarding your request for a late checkout, we had guests arriving on the same day as your departure, which unfortunately meant this was not possible, and this was clearly communicated at the time. We encourage all future guests to let us know of special requirements as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate them. Our goal is always to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding that advance planning helps us achieve that.
