Getting Around:

★ Free parking for up to 5 vehicles
★ No parking on grass or sidewalks
★ One-side street parking only; no parking on Kaipo Rd (towing enforced 8 PM–7 AM)
★ Car recommended; rideshares and taxis available

Guest Registration:

★ Provide names of all guests 18+ before arrival for gate access
★ Resort pass sharing is not allowed

House Rules:

No smoking or vaping indoors

No parties or events

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

Optional Add-Ons (Extra Fee):

★ Pool heating: $35/day (request 24 hrs in advance, must be for full stay)
★ Grill rental: $105/week (includes propane)
★ Early check-in/late check-out: $45/hr (based on availability)
