Relax and enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Simcoe from the cozy living areas. Although direct access to the lake is not available, nearby public access points make it easy to enjoy the water. Located just an hour from Toronto, our cottage provides the perfect getaway to relax and reconnect with nature.

- Full access to all three floors, including backyard, front deck and balcony.
- Full use of all equipment in the cottage
- No access to the stairs from the outside to the third floor due to safety reasons. Only access to third floor is from inside the house.
Other things to note
Please DO NOT climb up the stirring stairs.

The BBQ works with propane gas. we try to refill the propane tanks but it is mainly the guests responsibility. The gas station and home hardware are just 5 minutes drive from the house and they do refill them.

Great spot for family get-away

Lots of sunshine, lots of space, lots of thoughtful touches like games and an extra fridge, and lots of local interest close by (steps to both delicious ice cream and beautiful beachfront) -- highly recommended! Hope your family enjoys it as much as ours did!

A tranquil escape, just an hour away from Toronto. Very spacious, in a quiet area. A peacful retreat close t a beautiful lake.

Great spot. Clean and a lot of space. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking in the back. We stayed in the winter and the driveway and parking area was cleared nicely. They are clearky working to update the house too. Looks good! Our only comment would be there was a lack of towels and toilet paper. Easily remedied. The whole family said they'd stay again.

Great Mini Getaway

I stayed here a couple nights with my family, my sister’s family, and my brother. It was a wonderful mini getaway for our family. The property accommodated the three households very well with three floors including both a bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette. Also, it was well located right by lake Simcoe, a short drive to Sibbald Point beach and a very short drive to nearby grocery stores and other stores.

Great Stay in a Quiet Beach House

The house was large and accommodating for our group of 7, with lots of room to hang out (foosball table is a great perk), outdoor space with seating, and four bedrooms/bathrooms. Kitchen was sufficient and the gas grill was nice. The beach was about 10 minutes away by foot and 3 minutes by car. A couple of the showers had some hair left in the tub area, not the end of the world. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Hockey families weekend

Soheil is a very responsive host! Quickly responds to questions and accommodated our check-in and out needs, which made our visit to Georgina smooth. The home was well equipped to host our 3 families during a hockey tournament in the area. The kids enjoyed the lowest level games room. Beds were comfortable and the main level was a great space for the whole group to gather.

Spacious accommodations but old facilities

Nice to have 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms, clean in general with adequate facilities for cooking. It would be better if the gas stoves (a bit difficult to switch on), light bulb of the dining area, and TV remotes could be fixed. The front door locker was not working well, too. Overall, we enjoy the time staying in the cottage.

Girl time with lots of sleep and relaxations

The property was gorgeous, we were able to fit all of our friends and access to beach very quickly. It was a 20 minute walk to John’s and a five minute walk to a little beach that’s more private. We had an amazing time just having fun outside. They were plenty of porch when it got too hot And AC on the downstairs floor. I will say the AC does not work on the third floor and that led people to sleep downstairs however, the property was so big. We were able to accommodate everyone without that extra bedroom. I will also say there is no hot tub, is just a bath tub with jets however we made it work.
