About this property

A little Piece of Heaven to wash your worries away

A fully furnished two bedroom, two bath townhouse located in Islamorada, also known as the "Fishing Capital of the World". All amenities needed in order to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The property has a swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball court, shuffleboard, boat ramp and dock space for a boat up to 25' as stated in boat registration.

If bringing a boat or renting one during you stay, proof of insurance with liability limits as well as boat registration is mandatory and should be sent to owner prior to your arrival. Use of dock space is on a first come, first serve basis with owners having priorities. Dock or ramp will not be allowed to be used until insurance and registration documents are provided to our dock master.

Master bedroom is located on the third floor and has king size bed, its own private bathroom and screened porch. Second bedroom is on second floor and has queen size bed. A queen size air mattress is also available.

There is a living room, dining room, second full bath and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large screened porch overlooking the pool and tennis court.

Full size washer and dryer are located in the garage. Also, a covered carport and ample parking for vehicle. Barbecue grill is stored in garage.

WiFi internet, televisions in both bedrooms and living room, including blue ray and DVD player.

Sure! Here’s a more casual, easygoing version:From the start, the VRBO was super comfortable and instantly felt like home. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to relax right away. The bed was great, it was nice and quiet, and the location couldn’t be better close to everything, which made getting around so easy. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the stay.

This rental is in a great area and neighborhood. It has boat dockage a pool pickleball courts and many more amenities! And most of all the rental is very clean and very comfortable the owners are outstanding people!

This is our second stay at this property, and it won't be our last--we love the location, its proximity to a canal in which to keep our boat, the community feel, and the pool. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A real gem!

Best rental we’ve had in Islamorada!

We’ve stayed at many places in Islamorada over the years and this was the best one. The property is newly renovated, up to date, with a nice layout. Modern everything. Well appointed. The pool is WARM and usually there was nobody else in it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the location is ideal. We would definitely return next winter!

The owner is fabulous. Super responsive and very sweet. The place is nice- and tidy. The only downer was no beach- but we should have known that- and it is close to the HWY- but so is everything here. The pool is great- and folks we met at the pool were great. I would recommend- but not if you want beach time. Again though, the owner was so easy to deal with and so nice.

Loved the overall quality and decor of the house, very comfortable. Just a few issues:Terrace furniture needs dire replacement, especially the table and chairs for a small meal.Towel racks are hanging by a thread, had to repair one on my own, but the attachment to the sheetrock is not at all strong enough.Would have enjoyed a toaster oven instead of a toaster, much more versatile.Can't say enough about the beauty, nautical and fishing decor, very well done.

Quiet Keys Retreat

Our family of four spent the holidays at this quiet property and it was everything we needed. With the master bed and bath secluded upstairs, it gave us plenty of room to spread out, and was very clean. The small kitchen was very well-equipped, as were the laundry facilities, grill, and garage. Our daughters enjoyed the tennis courts and pool directly across from the property, although we spent most of our time out on the water fishing. The quiet canal across from the duplex offered us easy access to our boat, not to mention daily wildlife shows of crocodile, manatee, birds, and iguana. The owners were very pleasant and communicative. I highly recommend this property!

This is a beautiful property that is wonderful for those looking for a boat dock close by. It is minutes from fishing or exploring the beautiful waters of the Keys. The home is very clean and comfortable. The property owners were readily available for any questions we had.
