Resort style holidays by the beach in this ground floor apartment. Walk across the road to the sandy beach or play tennis on the courts in the grounds.

The Space:
Open plan lounge with wall mounted TV. Glass doors outside allowing for fresh air and lots of greenery. Dining table for 8 people by the open kitchen. The kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric cook top and oven with all the essentials in the plentiful cupboards.

Reverse Cycle air-conditioning.

BBQ and outdoor table & chairs. Tennis Racquets are also provided for guest use.

There are 3 bedrooms all with built in robes.

Main Bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Separate toilet.

2nd Toilet and shower outside under veranda(enclosed).

Laundry with a washing machine.

Enclosed single garage is not available for guest parking.
The unit is accessed by and faces George St Encounter Bay.

Very disappointing as was lead to believe it was beach front. NOT on Franklin prd as advertised

Add stated lock up garage available. We received key which was broken. Rang agent who did reply promptly but stated garage not included even though ad stated otherwise. NO wine glasses we bought some and left them there for next people NO coffee cups COBWEBS throughout cupboards which had pots and pans plates etc Stains on couple of bedcovers And very little basic supplies House was reasonable size for a family

Mums weekend away.... wanting not to clean or do any MUM DUTIES.

Process was easy...Cleanliness was very poor...couldn't use the BBQ or OVEN both were not clean Outside toilet and shower has mold and spider webs.Having said this just get new cleaners cause the property location and amenities are excellent.
