Bear`s Paw Chalet sleeps 10 people comfortably and is very conveniently located just below the Village at Big White Ski Resort within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and amenities.
The property also has amazing ski-out by walking across the road to hop on the run below the Plaza Chair as well as excellent ski-in off the Perfection Run to the base of the road a hundred feet away. In summer the Mountain Bike Park is just a short pedal up to the lift and the property has a private and secure garage to store all your bikes and gear!

The place upon arrival smelled bad, the property management company was very rude when I asked him questions about the unit. You can hear that he was partying in the background. We left the place in perfect condition. They also required us to was the bedding and towels ourselves after paying a high cleaning fee. Then he lied and said we broke the blinds and charged me a extra money and I tried to speak to him and he was verbally abusive and told me to F off. Be careful staying here!

Christine you are the EXACT type of guest that we don’t care to host ever again. Immediately upon entering the unit you made no less than 10 phone calls to myself and VRBO, claiming that you had been given the wrong property because you simply couldn’t find the fourth bedroom.
You then proceeded to stay your entire stay without raising a single other issue the entire time.
Our checkout instructions are very, very clear. We simply ask if the guests mind doing any or all of the following before they leave which includes stripping the beds, and starting a load of laundry, in order to assist our cleaning crews in getting the units ready for the next guests.
Immediately, after your check out, it was noticed that the large set of blinds in the living room was broken in half at the bottom. Of course, when this was brought up to you, you denied it immediately and sent a video that you had taken which clearly shows that the blinds were intact during your stay.
You are never welcome to stay at one of our properties again and anyone should be cautioned hosting you.
