Other things to note
There are multiple dams on the property that are not fenced off, meaning children will need to be supervised while outside. As this is a farm, there are things that bite, itch and sting so use common sense and dress appropriately for your activities.
Good Telstra coverage. Optus is patchy. Wifi calling seems to do the trick for most.
Our farm is almost self-sufficient so please be aware of water usage to keep the tanks full and be mindful of waste put into the septic system.
Part of being in such a quiet rural area means the farm can be subject to bushfire risk. Please stay aware of announcements and recommendations by the CFA if staying at a high-risk time.
