Encore Five Nine is an exquisite two bedroom, ground floor apartment with mesmerising water views located right on the beach-front in beautiful Port Stephens. This waterfront abode sleeps up to six guests (max four adults) and is only a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay. It’s extremely rare to find an absolute beach-front, two bedroom holiday apartment of this calibre that’s ideal for couples, families or a small groups of friends.
Encore Five Nine has an open plan living room consisting of a gourmet, fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining setting and sofa, occasional chairs and coffee table, which all flow out to the terrace and look out at the breathtaking vista over the beach, glistening waters of Port Stephens and volcanic peaks which are the entrance to the harbour. Adjacent to the open plan living room, the lounge in the TV room can convert into a bed suitable for two children upon request. Once approved, the lounge will be already converted into a bed upon your arrival and will remain as such for the duration of your stay. The bed can then act as a sumptuous daybed to lounge on while you watch TV or relax.
On the large undercover outdoor terrace you’ll find a dining setting for alfresco meals and a BBQ perfect for cooking up a bacon and egg brekky, or any fish you’ve caught from the beach or bought from the local fresh seafood markets. Step down to the lush, palm tree lined grass reserve and then onto the golden sands of a picturesque calm water beach, perfect for little ones to swim, water sports like paddle boarding or for a cooling off during a relaxing dip on a sunny day.
Encore Five Nine has two bedrooms, which both have large louvred windows to take full advantage of the panoramic water views and sea breezes. Each bedroom is comprised of two extra-long single zip beds, which can be joined together to form a king sized bed; simply nominate your preference at the time of your booking. The deluxe bathroom features a shower and basin and, conveniently, the toilet and another basin is located separately.
At Encore Five Nine you’ll discover luxurious coastal chic interiors that immediately evoke feelings of comfort and relaxation, ducted air-con throughout, a laundry with washer and dryer, and two off-street car parks on the lower level.

BOND- $1000 is due 14 days prior to your arrival date and refunded 3 - 5 days after your departure.
