The home comprises of a large, modern kitchen with open plan living and dining serviced by split system heating and cooling. There is also an additional second living zone providing extra space to relax and making it absolutely perfect for families.
The guest sleeping configuration for 8 people consists of 4 bedrooms, including 1 x king, 2 x queen and twin single beds and the home also has a family bathroom and ensuite off the master. Another convenient addition to the house is a fully equipped laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer.
The property's amazing internal aspects are further enhanced by a lovely outdoor alfresco and extended courtyard area complete with barbeque and outdoor seating. The ideal space for enjoying balmy summer evenings. Oh and you cannot miss the 9ft pool table, within the garage!

The garage is available for guests to park one car undercover, as well as the driveway and off street parking at the property!
