Set in the heart of Inverloch, The Sandyplace is a four bedroom holiday home designed for easy, laid back living. With room for the whole family, it’s the perfect place to slow down, stretch out, and settle into that relaxed holiday rhythm.
This comfortable home features three spacious bedrooms, two with queen beds for a restful night’s sleep, and a fun kids’ room with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for cousins or siblings sharing holiday adventures. A fourth bedroom offers two single beds and also doubles as a quiet study, ideal for anyone needing a peaceful space to read, work, or simply unwind. The bathroom is fresh and well appointed, complete with a shower, bath, toilet and vanity.
At the centre of the home, you’ll find an open plan kitchen, meals and living area, providing a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking, whether you’re preparing a big breakfast before a day at the beach or sharing a long, relaxed dinner with the family. In the living area, you can curl up by the enclosed wood heater on cooler nights or stay comfortable year round with wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioning. There’s also Wi-Fi and a desk space for those who need to mix a little business with pleasure.
Outside, the large deck extends from the meals area and leads to a fully enclosed backyard, ideal for summer barbecues, outdoor dining, or simply enjoying the sunshine with a good book. The property also features a spacious three door garage, with one bay available for guest use, and a second wood heater, creating a versatile space for storing surfboards, bikes, or other gear. The laundry includes a washing machine, along with a clothesline and drying rack.
Pets are very welcome at The Sandyplace, but we kindly ask that they remain outside in the secure yard.

Handy to all the events. Bit of a bother having to bring all linen and towels. Never had to do that before. Lock up garage was a bonus. Tidy pleasant village and stunning coast
