Beautiful property and a lot of fun for our kids. We all loved this accomodation and will definitely return soon!
We had a lovely time at this cosy property. The house has all you could ask for and lots of character on top of that. Very well heated - which is a big plus in the Blue Mountains!
A great house with real character. Everything worked well and it was really comfortable.

This little treasure of a house is a perfect spot - a unique 1930s cottage on a quiet street, walking distance to the Katoomba town centre, catering for old and young.
We've stayed at Kings Bower before, and this visit certainly didn't disappoint: a lovely, relaxed vibe, a beautiful outlook from the back deck and a location that is handy to the heart of Katoomba, whilst being at a pleasant remove. Will we return? Yes, of course!

Lovely property, great location for Katoomba activities, excellent condition
This was a terrific place to stay, comfortable and welcoming, good facilities, wi-fi excellent. Lovely back yard but the weather didn't let me spend much time there! My only concerns were (1) I tried to contact the owner/ agent by mobile a couple of times and got no response; (2) I found the cutlery in the kitchen in a very hard to spot place (hanging on the wall next to a pot-plant!) and wasted time looking for it. A tip in the written information about the house would have been helpful. But these minor things aside, very good property, highly recommended.

Thank you Neil , our apologies when you rung we do look after more than one property we need to know which property you were ringing from in your message
House was good, huge bath towels and plenty of power points, beds extremely comfortable, and central heating was great.
BUT- there was a problem with Wi-fi. We tried every which way and no success, phoned agent. Ended up using hot spot for kids, so not sure if so TV basic.

We loved our stay and were very comfortable. The gas ducted heating was very much appreciated. The cottage was neat and tidy, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again.
Loved our stay at this wonderful cottage. Great base to come back to at the end of the day. Loved the central heating and feeding the birds and possums on the back verandah! Would def stay again!
Absolutely lovely stay, I would highly recommend. Lovely location, clean and welcoming.
We had such a lovely stay here, comfortable beds, beautiful home and the contact with the property manager, Rob, was welcoming, easy and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.
Kings Bower is a delightful mountain cottage in Katoomba. The location is perfect, it is comfortable and really well equipped. We had a great time watching the birds while enjoying cups of tea on the balcony!
A delightful cottage for a cozy weekend. Fabulous heating system, plus wood fire, with an extremely well stocked kitchen. Beds were SO comfortable and linen was 5 star!
Could use a little spring clean under the beds, corners of the bathroom, window sills around dining room, etc. but overall very clean.
Thank you! We will definately stay again.
The house was spotless. Rustic and charming but well equipped. Great location and extremely quiet. Unfortunately, we had to return home a day early due to Covid lock-down.
We loved the cottage! We were 2 couples escaping Sydney for the weekend.
Extremely comfortable beds and so nice and quiet! Great that there was Netflix and it was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Excellent pressure in the shower that you wouldn’t expect necessarily in an older place. I personally loved how it was styled with all the personal touches
Would definitely recommend
We really enjoyed staying at Kings Bower Mountain Cottage. We especially loved the rambling garden (including the cascading wisteria in full bloom off the balcony), open fire and the waffle maker and felt very much at home. The beautiful birds on the balcony kept us entertained and the location was close to bushwalks and a short drive to the shops and galleries.
