this was a great place in the vineyards of Niagara-on-the-Lake, it is surrounded by a working farm and close to many tasting rooms. There were 4 of us and the house worked well, the owners live on property and were helpful.

Location was great - everything was nearby. Vineyards, restaurants, groceries, etc. were all within 5-10 minute drive. House was beautiful. Very clean and had everything available that one would need for a weekend away.Rob & Kathy were wonderful hosts - very friendly and made excellent recommendations on places to visit.Would certainly return if back in the area!

The accommodations were very nice and clean. Close to everything. Only complaint we had was that the 2nd bathroom only had a tub and not a shower. There were 4 of us so that would have been helpful but we made it work. Wish the listing had stated that. The host Kathy was very nice and liked the fact that she came over to check on us to see if everything was okay. Nice extra touch

We had a great stay. Very clean and extremely quiet. I think the surrounding vineyards maybe put down some manure or something as there was a bit of a manure smell permeating the rental but it went away after the first day. Odd that there is a kitchen with pots and pans but no stove. So we couldn’t make any food unless you use the microwave or outdoor grill Wasn’t a big deal for us since we were there for my son’s wedding and we didn’t spend much time in the rental and there are plenty of restaurants minutes away. Anyway, you don’t go on vacation to cook, right?? LOLKathy is a wonderful host - very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The Villa was absolutely perfect for our stay we enjoyed sitting out on the patio it was so calm and quiet. NOTL is a wonderful place to visit. Absolutely beautiful. So many flowers and good places to eat. Just a 20min drive to the falls. It was nice to come back to get away from the busy falls area.

We spent 3 nights here to have easy access to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and Buffalo, NY. 4 adults in our 60’s. We had to share 1 shower but otherwise was an adequate place. Very peaceful location.

What a wonderful and comfortable place to stay! Wineries 5 min away, NOTL 7 min, Niagara Falls 20 min. Our group of 6 adults found it very relaxing. Lots of restaurants close by Only caveats: no laundry, no stove, one shower. Not a showstopper for us, just be aware. (no warming of fresh baguettes, sadly) Would happily stay here again!

Enjoyable retreat

The Villa in the Vines is absolutely the perfect spot for a get away retreat with friends. It’s ideally located away from busy streets and noise in the middle of a vineyard. Rob and Kathy (hosts) have thought of everything in their villa to make you feel comfortable. With three bedrooms, everyone got their own room! It was a close drive to shopping, restaurants and of course the wineries. We would highly recommend this spot!
