But if you are looking for an authentic experience in a historic neighborhood, this is for you!

The Space:
NOTE: This is a listing for TWO separate units. Each unit has 2BR/1BA.
This CozySuites is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay:

- King sized bed in BR1 and queen bed in BR2

The Neighborhood:
Central West End is the nicest and amongst the most upscale neighborhood in St. Louis! Great bars and restaurants, safe, close to the local hospital system, and everything's in walking distance! We gladly welcome all guests who are in town for medical treatments and traveling medical professionals!

Getting Around:
Most attractions are easily accessible by foot or are a quick uber ride away. Easy access to the metro, major thoroughfares, businesses, dining, shopping and entertainment.

Other Things to Note:
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.
