Welcome to Megan's Mystique, a comfortable one bedroom one bathroom condo near the base of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort.
Megan's Mystique is a bottom-floor corner-unit in a quadruplex in the Hidden Creek community near the Canyon's Village. Hidden Creek is ideally located and will give you a secluded "feel" while being close to the hustle and bustle of the resorts. There are free on-demand shuttles to the Canyons Village in the winter, and a short walk to the bus stop will take you to downtown Park City for free all year long.
THE SPACE
Snuggle in at Megan's Mystique with its 600 sq. ft. of cozy living space. Recharge on either the king bed in the master bedroom or on the foam fold out queen bed in the living area. Whip up a delicious meal in the well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. Take a walk through the Hidden Creek community on a cool summer afternoon and enjoy the mountains and trees. In the winter, put on your ski boots in the home and walk outside to take a free on-demand shuttle to the slopes, or take a short walk and ride the Canyons cabriolet which will take you straight to the resort community.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully stocked with fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, standard drip coffee maker, crockery (plates, cups, bowls), flatware (knives, forks, spoons), and cookware.
THE LIVING AREA
In the living area you'll enjoy plenty of comfortable seating, a queen foam fold out bed is next to the couch, a smart TV and fireplace are also there to keep you warm and entertained.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom hosts a king bed with a large smart TV.
BATHROOMS
The bathroom comes equipped with a shower/tub combo and a hair dryer is included.
PARKING
You will be able to park 1 vehicle in the first come first serve parking lot near the main road. There is additional parking spaces in the community that is also first come first serve. A parking pass will be required and is provided in the unit.
THE COMMUNITY
Hidden Creek is a well-maintained community for vacation rental and permanent residency. It is a short walk to the Canyons Cabriolet and direct access to skiing, shopping, and dining options in the Canyon’s Village of the Park City Mountain Resort. In the winter, a free on-demand shuttle takes residents to all major locations in Canyons Village. Driving takes 10 minutes to Main Street in Park City, 10 minutes to Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Hidden Creek also offers guests year-round access to its community hot tub, and the pool is available during the summer months.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The home receives heating in the living area through the fireplace, and the bedroom uses heating baseboards which guest will have to manually turn on and off.
- From the main parking lot guests will not have to climb any stairs, however, if guests park in a different place in the community they may encounter stairs and some hills while walking to the unit.
- This home sleeps 4 including 2 in the master bedroom, and 2 on the foam fold out queen mattress in the living area.
- Parking for additional vehicles is not possible and we cannot accommodate vehicles that do not comfortably fit into a standard parking stall. e.g. RV's, motorhomes, trailers, etc.
- There is not AC in this home.
- No smoking.

Upon arrival, please inspect the property. If you identify concerns or issues, contact your local manager immediately using the provided number in your check-in email. For after-hours communication, leave a message, and we will strive to promptly return your call. Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay. We can provide a form for documenting pre-existing damage/condition and a claim form for damage during your stay (for those with Vacation Rental Damage Insurance).
CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets unless allowed, no indoor smoking, and pre-entry cleaning.
DAMAGE INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
OTHER INSURANCE:
Guest agrees that PMI Park City and property owner are not responsible for any loss or damage during the term of the rental agreement. Guest agrees to carry insurance covering all personal property brought to the unit by Guest and bears full responsibility for any damage including damage from fire, water, theft, or any cause.
