Just a short stroll to the popular swimming beaches of East End and Fitzroy, as well as the Award Winning Scenic Coastal Walkway, you will find yourself surrounded by restaurants, arts, culture, and shopping. This home has been cherished by the same family for over 40 years, making it a place to create wonderful family memories.



Spread over two spacious floors, the property features stunning sea views and romantic sunsets. The main living and dining area is bright and sunny, with doors leading to a deck where you can enjoy the sea air while watching surfers and windsurfers.
