The Esplanade-Amazing 3 bed, 2 Bath, Pool
The Esplanade Belgian Gardens is located directly opposite the ocean and with access to the boardwalk and path that takes you all the way to the Waterfront Strand. Or you can head in the other direction for a longer walk and you'll come to the picturesque Pallarenda Beach with world class views out to Magnetic Island. Your location is a great one in that you have quick access to restaurants, cafe's, specialty shops and more, but you have the quiteness this location offers. There's a pool for you to enjoy when you feel in need of cooling off or just chilling.
During your stay you'll enjoy a generous living/dining area leading to the entertaining balcony with ceiling to floor glass ceiling doors that allow for a day and night aspect that's simply stunning. You have three large bedrooms with built in robes, two bathrooms, superb modern style kitchen with modern appliances and all air conditioned for our warm climate in Townsville. You also have a laundry, lockable storeroom and additional front street parking.
