This is a well decorated home with lots of space. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed was comfortable and it is in a safe neighborhood. It's only a short walk to Capitol Pizza, a coffee shop and a brewhouse. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great location , comfy beds , clean as a whistle and anything we needed Shelley was right there replying and making sure we had everything we needed ! Nice Property

My family and I were in town for graduation and really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect with its proximity to campus and next to a lovely park. Upon entry, we were greeted by the welcoming decor. Every room was well done and had everything we needed. We will definitely add this to our list for future visits. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend in Lubbock. The house was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. I can't comment on interactions with the owner as everything was completely smooth and had no need to reach out with questions or problems.

We came up to watch the game and spend quality time with our daughter. The home was perfect! My husband was able to use the gas grill and we enjoyed dinner with our daughter. We asked if we could check in early and they answered timely and were very accommodating! Overall the stay was a Awesome!

Good location but likely would not stay again

House is a good location right across from a park. I would likely not stay there again due to a few of the issues, I have stayed at other places that seemed much more welcoming, and had more amenities even small toiletries, etc. The house is not fully equipped for cooking, the children’s play area outside had a wasp nest. The trashcan was full when we arrived outside. the local contact was very responsive to our issues, along with a broken dishwasher.

We recognize the importance of thoroughly addressing each concern, and we would like to share some insights into the matter.-The home was meticulously stocked based on Airbnb recommendations, and the kitchen has been personally utilized for cooking on numerous occasions with the belief that it is adequately equipped. Nevertheless, we understand that individual preferences can vary, and we regret any inconveniences you may have experienced. In our ongoing commitment to providing an exceptional and personalized experience for our guests, we would be sincerely grateful for any specific details you could share regarding aspects in the kitchen that you found to be lacking.-We take great care to furnish our accommodations with essential amenities, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash soap in each bathroom. In the event that our guests feel anything is lacking or if there are specific preferences, we wholeheartedly encourage them to communicate with us-Regrettably, there was an oversight by our cleaning staff, resulting in a full outdoor trash can during your stay. We informed you that our cleaning staff would promptly address the issue. While you did not report the dishwasher as a concern, we later identified the need for repair, and it was promptly addressed post your visit. We were unaware of the wasp nest until you brought it to our attention, and we have since taken immediate action to remove it. Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.

Best in Lubbock

We have stayed in many places around town with our larger family. We have two older boys at Tech and four other kids in tow. It has not been easy for us to find a place that felt like home. Until this trip. Not only is this located right in the heart of Lubbock, but it is so cozy to stay in, right across the street from an awesome park, and around the corner from one of our favorite pizza places, Capital Pizza and also J&B Coffee. Everything was very clean when we arrived and easy to find/access. We discovered a very small issue after checking in (master bathroom lights were out) and our contact quickly dealt with it, coming over and helping us sort it. GFCI just needed a reset. We felt so cared for. After 6+ visits to Lubbock, this is our place. We will be back and book in advance for our next trip. Can’t imagine having to stay anywhere else!
