Stunningly renovated and featured in `Inside Out` Magazine, is this superbly appointed, uncomplicated and modern Beach House with contemporary Scandinavian furnishings. Enjoy everything this property has to offer with a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences, comfortable lounge and dining area and an entertainment deck overlooking the pool.

Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coasts most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths tennis courts or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.

Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with bath and toilet. Bedroom 2 contains 2 king single beds (can be placed together to form a king bed if requested)

* Spacious open plan living area with flat-screen TV, comfy lounging and fireplace. WIFI access.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine
* Outdoor entertaining with plunge pool, gas BBQ, outdoor setting and sun lounges

* Main bathroom with shower and toilet. Full Internal laundry

Linen is supplied and included in the overall total booking. However, please bring your own beach/pool towels if needed

Gem of a property in style and location

A much needed break for our family of 4 began, on the 1st step into Pearl Beach House. Gorgeous layout in the main living area with some key styling of furniture and knick knacks. A lovely light during that day and at dusk. Main bedroom is all beach chic with a twist of Scandi! The pool was a hit with our kids - a size to muck around in only not swim (which we knew already) but that's what the beach is for. Location wise is was perfect. 5 minutes to the beach. Utterly idyllic weekend away - highly recommend.

Great Management and Location Not Great House

We come to Pearl Beach every year and stay in different places. House is very hot, no AC or flyscreens. The toilet is IN the master bedroom, separated only by a curtain. Management was great, professional and responsive to a few overlooked maintenance issues. Pool wasn’t working, a busy time of year, so cannot always get parts for repair but the beach is right there.
