Beautiful interior and convenient location. Offered at an exceptional value, Cornet Creek 104 is a two bedroom/two bathroom PLUS BRAND NEW POWDER ROOM ON MAIN LEVEL, tri-level condominium located in the Town of Telluride. Cornet Creek Condo has easy access to skiing in the Winter, just 1.5 blocks from the Coonskin lift (Chair Lift 7) and 3 blocks from Chair 8 and Telluride's free Gondola transportation to Mountain Village. In the Summer, just a short stroll and you are on the River Trail enjoying the soothing sounds of the San Miquel. Town Park and the Festival Grounds are less than six blocks to the East. No car necessary, you can walk to everything!

Upon entering this lovely condo, you will be greeted with spacious foyer, bench to help when removing gear, utility room with full-size washer/dryer and separate coat closet. Convenience "pegs" hung in the entry. The twin bedroom is located on this level with beautiful suede headboards, luxurious high-end mattresses, top-of-the-line bed linens and 32" HD flat-screen TV. Listen to the babbling creek outside and step right out onto the lower deck from this bedroom.

Meander upstairs (don’t miss the cool and funky pine branch stair rail) to the main living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary steel and wood dining table and views to Ajax. The living area has comfy leather couch and accent chairs plus a new half bath; We have a wireless sound system and charging dock plus cable TV on the movable, large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has granite counters, pine and stainless appliances – everything is brand new and nothing left to want! Well-appointed to accommodate even the most savvy chef! Just off the kitchen, lovely deck- NEW WRAPAROUND DECK overlooking the Creek and surrounding nature with views to Ajax and the Box Canyon. Views to the south and the slopes complete the picture.

Continue up the stairs to the Master suite with luxurious king-size bed, top-of-the-line mattress and bed linens; reading "loft" with leather chair and ottoman and views East to Ajax, Ingram Falls and south to the slopes. New desk and window makes this the perfect place to "connect" if you must be. The en-suite bathroom has granite counters, double vanity, walk-in stone tiled shower and separate w/c.

The entire condo is amazingly bright, light and airy with comfy-chic décor. You will love this place!

This was a very nice condo located right on Coronet Creek. Patios on ground and upper levels faced the water! You could hear the creek all night. We would stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo for our ski vacation. Very easy check-in process, very clean- the best thing is mountain views from all the windows and plenty of natural light. Location was great- easy walk to great restaurants and short walk to the gondola. Galloping Goose stops feet away if one chooses to ride. The Clarks market is so close as well. Have stayed in the Mountain Village but much prefer the town! ...would absolutely stay here again.

Stylish in-town gem

We loved staying at this condo during our recent Telluride ski trip. It was such a pleasure to relax in such stylish décor after a day on the slopes. A short walk to the Coonskin lift, we stored our ski equipment at Telluride Sports Coonskin for $20/day and enjoyed easy access to the slope. The condo is a short walk to the grocery store and the Galloping Goose (free in-town bus) is just steps away. The steam shower was a treat after spending the day skiing. The bedrooms (one on the first floor and master on the third floor) worked well for us with our teens. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great home base for Telluride visit

Great home base for a winter visit -- even though 2 parking spots included, car not needed. Grocery store short walk 2 blocks away and 10 minute walk to most of downtown / Gondola to mountain village. Well appointed kitchen -- plenty of room for family of 4. Spacious living room. Fast internet. Only downside is no TV channels / smart device for the TV -- be sure to bring your own device to steam/connect to TV if you want to watch anything after long days out.

Our little family had a great stay at this wonderful property in Telluride. The kids room was perfect with plenty of space for our travel crib, and the bed in the primary bedroom was dreamy. We love staying downtown, and this spot was perfect - close to our favorite restaurant and easy to get to the river trail. Will absolutely stay again and are glad we found this property! For future renters - there are two parking spots, which is a luxury. One is not marked, and can be easily poached. We left a note on the poachers car and it was moved, but don't wait until you're in a pickle!

Overall, it is a very good property … it was very clean and well accessorized. The owner’s instructions were clear and we didn’t have any issues. It was also a great location and within walking distance of everything. The only issue we had is that it was a too warm outside and there weren’t any screens on the windows so we had to chase down a few bugs that flew in … screens would have been nice.

Three levels allowing my adult son his own space. Main level was bright with lots of windows. Kitchen well equipped for us. Master suite spacious and comfortable. Loved the idea of the nook, but the chair was not comfortable for me. The location is great; Clark’s Market is 2 blocks away, the shuttle bus stop is just down the street, downtown is 3 blocks away. We walked into town in the evenings for dinner. Two minor issues were addressed promptly by management. We would stay here again.
