Bankside - Three Bedroom Cottage, Sleeps 7

House Rules: Rents Sat - Sat only during high season (end of June - start of Sept). Max 7 people (6 adults). No parties or events. No smoking. Up to 2 medium dogs accepted. Please note that, according to the municipality's bylaws, all dogs must be leashed or tethered on the property when outside. Dogs are not permitted to roam leash-free. Lead guest must be 30+ years of age. A supplemental information form must be completed.

The Magnetawan River runs throughout the Burks Falls/Magnetawan district, at times charging rapidly through rocky areas and at other times meandering almost imperceptibly through flat areas. One of these lazy river areas is just where you will find Bankside.

Bankside combines traditional and modern, with the original cottage providing classic cottage ambience and a modern addition offering more spacious sleeping accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. As a welcome bonus, your group will love the games room on the upper level, complete with pool table and air hockey. Although you enjoy a wilderness feel here, Internet and satellite TV keep you in touch with the rest of the world.

Things you need to know:
-> Waterfront is an Northern exposure
-> Linens and towels provided - please bring your own beach towels
-> A post-rental cleaning service is included for all rentals; however, the cottage is to be left in a tidy condition
Garbage and recycling removal prior to departure is required
-> Up to 2 medium dogs are welcome at this property

Waterfront
The cottage is set quite close to the waterfront, allowing magnificent views up and down the river from the deck and dock area. The water deepens quickly from the riverbank and edge of the dock, allowing for good swimming and fishing. Small craft can be launched directly from the property.

Winter Notes
The cottage is on a municipally maintained road and is easily accessed in all seasons, however the Huntsville/Magnetewan area can be prone to large snowfalls, so it is best to be prepared anytime during the Winter months.

A supplemental information form (under 5 min to complete) which includes information on the guests and agreeing to our rental agency's terms and conditions is required to be completed to finalize the booking.
