Why they chose this property

You have access to the sparkling saltwater swimming pool which has a spa at one end of the pool. There is a 3 person day bed to relax on while sipping a glass of bubbly or chilling out reading a book!
Stroll over to the Shelly Beach Golf club 300m away and enjoy a cold beer or have lunch at their restaurant, you will not be disappointed! Bring your clubs and give the golf course a go! I recommend you book ahead if you wish to have a game of golf!

What makes this property unique

The Pool House has been fully renovated, a very comfortable Queen size bed,
Egyptian linen, fluffy bath towels. Spotted gum flooring, split system reverse cycle air conditioning.
Off street under cover parking leading to the Pool House.
The 55" smart TV is connected to the internet. If you have an account you can connect to most streaming channels as well as free to air channels.
