Hi. We are Paul and Fiona, a couple of semi-retired business owners who live in Mandurah and absolutely love the lifestyle Mandurah offers. We love travelling, camping, and having a good time with our family and friends.
We have specifically fitted out Chillax House for families and groups of friends who want enough room for their group to be together so they can spend quality time with each other. The house comfortably sleeps 14 guests so is ideal for family celebrations, romantic couple retreats, girls' weekends away, men's sporting trips or work-related team bonding sessions.
We have specifically fitted out Chillax House for families and groups of friends who want enough room for their group to be together so they can spend quality time with each other. The house comfortably sleeps 14 guests so is ideal for family celebrations, romantic couple retreats, girls' weekends away, men's sporting trips or work-related team bonding sessions.

You will feel special when you wake up in the morning, head downstairs into the large open-plan living and dining room and make yourself a coffee. The quality furniture and stunning decor have been masterfully chosen and put together by the owner, who is a talented Interior Designer. The kitchen is well-appointed with stone benchtops and everything you'll need to cook up a storm or entertain in style.
When you head outside, the Alfresco area houses a new BBQ and outdoor kitchen with a spare fridge in the garage for large groups to use.
There are two kayaks, crab pots, and your own private jetty if you'd like to bring your boat or hire one. Chances are you'll see birds, dolphins and even catch some crabs or fish from the jetty or you can head out into the estuary where you'll get them for sure.
The 6 bedrooms offer 10 beds with luxurious soft mattresses and quality bedding for 14 guests. There are 3 new smart TVs and 2 Home Theatres with Netflix and streaming services. The fast internet is free for guests so entertaining the kids or working from home will be a breeze.

The home is located in a safe residential neighbourhood in an upmarket part of town. It's within easy access to everything and yet secluded enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of a tourist town. Within a few kilometres, you have tons of bars, restaurants, distilleries and specialty shops. If you want to wander further afield, there are world-class golf courses, wetlands, wineries and natural attractions all within easy reach.
