Home is super cute and cozy. Somewhat secluded which was nice for us. Very close to beach and downtown Suttons Bay. Would stay here again.

Private wooded beauty

Really enjoyed staying here. It proved to be better in person than online. Clean and all appliances were in lovely working order. Great supply of fresh towels. The beach towels were nice for those who needed one.Really peaceful and the outside was so spacious. Minimal tasks to required for departure day.

House in the woods

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was up the hill and by itself in the woods. It was quiet and secluded but we still had a short drive to the water or suttons bay. The fire pit in the back was a nice addition.

The location is great! Within 30-45 mins to Glen Arbor, Leland, and Traverse. Love the renovations done to the house also. Very convenient that the house is well equipped. To get to the house there are stone steps well lit with motion sensor lights as well as side steps entrance to the kitchen. We had a great stay!

This house worked out great for our family group of 6. Comfy and clean, great fire pit and a beautiful wooded area. Close to so many great shops, restaurants, wineries. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the deck! FYI there are steps to climb to enter the home.

Quiet stay right in Suttons Bay

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint and quiet cabin in the woods just outside of downtown Suttons Bay. The location was great for us with quick access to downtown Suttons, the beach, Northport, Leland, etc. The cabin had everything we needed in the kitchen (pots, pans, etc.). Thoughtful items that were provided -- a fan in every room, board games (we did have several rainy mornings), beach towels. There also were supplies for washing dishes, doing laundry, and kitchen essentials like foil, plastic bags, salt/pepper/PAM, etc. While it was not hot during our stay, the air conditioning worked well and we were comfortable.

Wonderful property. Very private location that was within close distance to Sutton's Bay and a great jumping off point to other locations on the Leelanau Peninsula. Lovely updated kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve meals. The outdoor spaces were also updated. The beautiful firepit was a favorite with our family. The check in and check out communication was consistent and clear. We had great Wi-Fi access but little to no cell service (though this was clearly communicated ahead of booking). If I had to be picky in one area, the beds need updating in terms of comfort. They were a bit older and squeaky. But this was not enough to detract from our enjoyment of the property. It was a great stay overall. Would rent again.

My family and I stayed here for several nights during our vacation. The place is in a nice offshore location, fire pit and private property. It is a great place to unwind after a long day exploring Leelanau Peninsula. The only significant issue we had was with cleanliness. The floors were not cleaned well in the main areas (dirty feet and socks walking around without shoes on). Also, the kitchen was filled with LOTS of expired items and not well organized. It would serve the property management/owners well to overhaul this area of the home. Otherwise, we have no major complaints.
