Perfect location for downtown Fredericksburg

We stayed here for 2 weeks while in town for a family wedding. We loved the location, where we could walk to everything in downtown Fredericksburg including the wedding reception at Woolen Mill. The house was large enough for 3 adults and 2 children to stay comfortably. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a hall bathroom (with tub for the kids) and a bedroom with en suite shower and double sinks. In the basement, there’s a bed in a living room/play area and bathroom. There’s a powder room on the main level. This was the most well-stocked home we’ve ever rented. The kitchen had all the spices and condiments we needed to cook, and the laundry room in the basement came stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. There were plenty of towels in the linen closets and hangars in the closets. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone!

Beautiful home downtown

Beautiful home with plenty of space. This little gem is located near historic Fredericksburg within walking distance of restaurants, coffee and shopping (1 mile radius). Parking was my biggest concern being first come first parked on the street but only one night did this become a problem. However, half block down there’s a parking lot non-fee. Definitely would stay again. Everything is as advertised. Mike
