The studio has all you need for your getaway, including kitchenette and full bathroom, golf course at your back door and beach at your front. Mollymook Golf club is less than a 300M walk along with the Beach Hut for its famous burgers & chips and Breakers cafe the ultimate spot for breakfast.
The bike and walking path that goes to the Northern end of Mollymook beach is right at your doorstep. You will love the location and presentation of this wonderful little unit.

Great beach access
A great holiday at Surfrider 3. Friendly neighbours, great beach access, comfy small accommodation with well equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom.
We found the phone and internet on our hotspots awful (unusable, actually) (optus) but if you are after a screen free holiday, that's not too much of a drama. Thank you for making your place available!
