Spacious and Superbly Positioned, this amazing 3-bedroom waterfront residence offers the perfect haven for fishing enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation by the water.

Featuring a large bar in the living area and an inground saltwater pool, this property provides ample space for leisure and entertainment. Enjoy the fully enclosed entertainment/BBQ room with views overlooking the pool and canal.

The property boasts a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and convection microwave (no oven). Other amenities include WiFi and air conditioning through out.

Conveniently located close to restaurants and the Clarence River fishing grounds, this property offers the ultimate waterfront experience.

PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section.

Fees will be deducted from your Security Deposit should you not comply with this clause.

Linen is NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba 6646 1571 or Coastal Cleaning Services 0459 193 195

We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
