- NOTE: Only non-motorized watercraft are allowed during the summer months (kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, etc.)
- NOTE: Fish cleaning is not allowed anywhere on the property as the sewage system can be easily damaged by animal products
- NOTE: To maintain an excellent hot tub experience, the hot tub is professionally cleaned weekly. Due to this, the hot tub is not available for use on Thursdays
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces the front door entry, camera 2 faces the side of the house, camera 3 faces the front of the garage, camera 4 faces the back of the garage, and camera 5 faces the beach area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- NOTE: The lake and dock are public and available for public use
- NOTE: In order to keep the property beautiful at all times, professionals have been hired to maintain the outdoor areas every Wednesday or Thursday (depending on weather). Please be mindful of their presence and allow them the space and courtesy to maintain the property. On these days, the lawn will be professionally mowed, and the gas grill and beach will be cleaned
