Just steps away from Big Bear Lake, and only half a mile away from The Village. Enjoy the fireworks show on July 4th from the front balcony. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, markets, gift shops, ski resorts, restaurants, and bars.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, smart TV, gas fireplace, and large comfortable sectional living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom/loft has a queen bed, smart TV, half bath, and balcony. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
