This apartment is situated in a prime location with everything you need at your finger tips. You can indulge in the local eateries including Breakers Cafe, Beach Hut Cafe or the Mollymook Golf Club Beachside Bistro & Cafe. For evening dining you can visit Rick Steins or Bannisters Pool Bar which is located a short 4 minute drive from the apartment. Or you can explore Asian street eats and amazing cocktails at Gwylo.

Not only is Mollymook a place of pristine views and delicious food, it is also a great coastal town for entertainment. For some fun in the sun you can walk a short 3 minutes to Mollymook Golf Clubs 9 hole beach side golf course, or drive 2 minutes to the bogey hole which is perfect for holiday goers of all age.

Even if you are in need of a relaxing afternoon stroll, you can enjoy a walk along the local footpath that runs along the side of the South end of the beach and stretches to the north end. You can even stop at the Little Swell Coffee Van on your way. There is a public basket ball court and a large play ground with ocean views located at the South end for the whole family to enjoy!

After spending your days exploring the local area you can come back to Ocean Breeze @ Mollymook to sit back and relax in comfort. The outdoor table and chairs allow you to soak in the serenity as the salty ocean breeze sweeps past you.

Perfect location and lovely place

Breakers is such a good location right in the golden triangle at Mollymook. Amazing for kids so much space and clean and simple furniture. Bed were great and air con and fans fabulous. Very grateful to have stayed there.
