In a small secure complex with a tennis court, inground pool and a communal electric BBQ, this property is directly opposite Mollymook Beach and within walking distance to the Golf Club, restaurants and alfrescos cafe's. To make your holiday a little bit more enjoyable, don't do the dishes, let the dishwasher do them for you. Single lock up garage for the car and beach toys.

comfortable ewell placed apartment on the beach

A well built, agreeable apartment to stay in. The list of conditions was very long and no linen was provided. it abuts onto a creek which could be smelly in Summer but was fine in April when we stayed.

It was badly in need of refurbishment.Everything reeked of tired and worn 1970s furnishing. Worst of all it was not clean and was very musty. The wardrobes and garage were full of junk The kitchen cupboards were full of unwanted and unnecessary food products At the price one would expect cable TV and wi-fi but NO Repairs were badly needed to a window and the fan in the bedroom at least. I could go on but you get the message. A shame really as it is in a great position

Location excellent

Location was excellent, apartment very dated, needs a refurbish, as lounges dated along with pictures on walls and most of the furniture, needs a refresh, patch and paint, ceiling fans rusted, remotes for TV, DVD, not working or missing. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
