This 492 sq. ft. condo sleeps up to 6 people complete with a set of Bunk Beds in the entry area, plus a sofa sleeper and a Queen Murphy Bed in the Living Area. This south facing, sunny unit features a Full Size Kitchen, a Full Size Bath and an extra vanity bath sink. The sizable living area has plenty of room for the family to relax in plus free WiFi. With beautiful views of the slopes of Copper Mountain, you really get a good overview of where you want to ski right from your window. The views are complimented by a comfortable couch and lounge chairs providing a perfect morning and evening spot. The bunk room has a sliding pocket door to provide separation between the main living area and the bunk area to create two private sleeping areas. A short, 3 minute walk is all that is required to the American Eagle and Flyer chairlifts and the slopes of Copper Mountain. Located in the Center Village, Telemark 304 is ideal for a small group or a family looking for cost effective lodging for their vacation. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR23-R-00003 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking is available in the North Alpine Lot for $20 per night.

Small but great usable space for our family of 5. Nice remodeled bathroom. Easy walk to the lifts. Ski lockers and garage parking are great.

Overall, our stay was just fine. I wish there was something left in our room letting us know if attractions in the area. Not being from Colorado, we were clueless. We did find our way and enjoyed ourselves!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Murphy bed was soft but sturdy, comfortable. Twin bed mattress are more firm. Pull out couch bed has a thinner mattress with a bar in the middle like most couch beds and would only work for smaller children IMO. Lots of hooks in living room to hang gear to dry and several hooks in bathroom. Would be great for two adults and up to 4 children but would be a bit tight for 6 adults. We had two adults and one teenager. Kitchen had a lot of items, pots pans, cheese shredder, etc. Easy to cook basic meals. There is no housekeeping service but you can get more towels from the rental office which is in a different building. We did not use the hot tub. It is indoors and when we walked in the room, the chemical smell burned our nose. Would have given 5 stars if we would have been able to use the hot tub.
