2BR Rustic Villa Retreat Next to Starved Rock State Park

This rustic two story two bedrooms vacation villa is located in Grizzly Jack's Grand Bear Resort in Utica,IL next to Starved Rock State Park and the historical Starved Rock Area. Villa is surrounded by beautiful wooded view and green landscaping. Inside, the Villa has 1800 square feet and is decorated with authentic log furniture. Villa has two gas fireplaces, a full kitchen, laundry, a soaking bath, a whirlpool tub, cable TV and free wireless internet. This a relaxing gateway for families or group of friends just beyond of Chicago.

The main floor includes fully equipped kitchen, the full bathroom w/shower, laundry area (dryer and washer), and the living area with gas fireplace and TV/DVD. The sofa/futon in living area has a sleeper for 2 people.

There are two bedrooms upstairs. The Master bedroom has a king bed and sleeper sofa/futon for 1 person, whirlpool tub and gas fireplace, TV and DVD player. The room is connected to a full bathroom w/shower. The other bedroom has two queen beds and TV/DVD. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking beautiful nature.

While we welcome families, for adult-only gatherings all guests must be at least 21 years of age (no proms, college parties, etc.).

*Our Villa is part of a homeowner's association and common courtesy to our neighbors is a must. Noise levels must be held down after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am. The Whirlpool tub must be filled to a designated level before turning on the jets. The filling process needs to be supervised by a responsible adult and carefully watched during the process. There is no tolerance for under aged drinking or partaking of illegal drugs. No pets or smoking is allowed in the Villa. Guests are not to adjust the settings of the water heater or for the appliances in the kitchen Standard check in is 3:00pm and check out is by 11:00am.*
