Beautifully appointed accommodations, steps from the village. Located just 150

yards from the base of Winter Park Resort, so close you can see when the

gondola opens.



**The space**

Condominium 4564 crisp contemporary beautiful one-bedroom efficiency located

at Founders Pointe. A full bathroom with a tub and shower and an efficient

kitchen ensure you will have all you need for a super vacation.



**The bedroom**

This condo has a king-size bed in the bedroom with an art smart wall-mounted

60" TV. A king-size sofa sleeper folds out to allow space for a second couple

making the condo super unique in sleeping quarters.



During the stay, you can access on-site storage for your skis, snowboard, or

bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed internet

throughout the building.



The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are steps away across Winter

Park Drive.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slopeside accommodations.

*Winter $24/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
