Cute cottage-style house, all renovated, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, 20 minutes from Montréal. With a small view on the Richelieu river and close to the mountain of Mont St-Hilaire. Ideal for a couple or single person with a child or teenager. Discount for 31 days and more.

Comes furnished and fully equipped (sheets, towels, pots and pans, dishes, cleaning products, internet, Netflix etc). Electric heating and wall-mounted heat pump for cooling and heating down to -20 degrees. Hardwood floors. Large bathroom with glass shower and washer/dryer entry. Outdoor terrace and BBQ. Parking with capacity for 2 cars. Very bright and easy to heat home.

Quiet and safe neighborhood with very good neighborhood, close to all services: restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, clinics, train station, Nordic spa, horseback riding, golf, tennis, marinas, mountain hiking trails, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, downhill skiing, ice fishing, skating, vineyards, cider mills, maple groves, alpaca farm etc.

2 minutes from the Jean Lesage highway (route 20) and the Mont St-Hilaire train station, 5 minutes from downtown Mont St-Hilaire and Beloeil, 10 minutes from the trails of the Gault Nature Reserve, 15 minutes from the Louis H. Lafontaine tunnel, 20 minutes from the Jacques-Cartier bridge, 25 minutes from down-town Montreal, and two hours from Quebec City.

No pets allowed. For non-smokers only.

Cozy place to stay

My son and I were in town for the Formula 1 race and stayed here. It was super easy to get from here to the track in Montreal, and the area around the house is beautiful. Claudine was very responsive to all my questions and helped us with things to do and places to go in our down time.

Beautiful home in Mont St. Hilaire! Claudine is a fantastic host. The nearby town of Beloiel has a number of nice restaurants and there's easy access into Montreal from here. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a suburb of Montreal!

Excellent location and a great host!

Cute and cozy little house that is perfect if you’re looking for a gateway close to water and hiking trails or if you’re planning on visiting Montréal. Only 20 mins away from town, close proximity to the highway makes it easy to navigate. The host is fantastic, waited for us to arrive and she gave us the tour of her place. It got everything we needed to make our stay amazing. She responds quickly and makes sure we have everything we need to enjoy the place. I will definitely book there again!

Beautiful, personal and peaceful

We had such a lovely time staying at Claudine's! She stayed in touch before our trip, was there to greet us when we arrived, and left a list of local food and activity recommendations to enjoy, as well as a care basket of toiletries. Such a beautiful house and patio with gorgeous plants and space to enjoy a drink or cook dinner, easy access to hiking and outdoor activities, close by to the lovely little town of Beloeil, and within 25 minutes of Montreal. We had such a nice, peaceful stay with her personal touches and beautiful decor. Merci!
