House was amazing, very clean, and comfortable. Had everything you need for a big family. Felt like I was in my own home away from home. Located in perfect area. Has stores and restaurants around you that makes it easy to get to for anything you need. Highly recommend! Enjoyed our stay!
Perfect for soccer tournament stays as it is super close to the Dick's Sporting Goods Complex!
Our daughters nationals were at the Dick's Sporting Goods Complex, and this house was perfect because it is just a few minutes away. The kids loved the foose ball and the nearby park. The garage was super convenient. This place was perfect for a family stay! Naomi was awesome and very communicative and easy to get in touch with.
House was amazing, all the appliances, good internet, very cozy. Used it for out of town work so the bunk beds were unsatisfying for adults. That was on us but feel others should understand that.
The townhouse was nice and newer. It was located in an older area, and Denver in general had a lot more homeless than we were used to, including the area surrounding the townhome. But the house was nice and clean and check-in and out were very easy.
The townhouse looked EXACTLY as it did in the pictures – spacious and inviting! The space met all of our needs. Location provided easy access to everyplace in Denver, we wanted to go . We were even able to walk to the grocery store. We had a need to connect with the team during our stay and found them to be VERY responsive and customer focused.

Great Location Close to Denver
Great stay in commerce city! The house is a beautiful house and the location is perfect! Plenty of room for a large car in the garage as well as quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to highways, so access to highways to Denver, Breckenridge, Vail, etc. all within a few minutes Away on the highway. Stores are close by to pick up anything you want! House has all modern amenities and very cool on those hot Colorado days. My one and only suggestion would be if house owners could have curtains that block out the sun early in the morning from coming in through the windows, that would be fantastic! It was just a little tough to be awaken by the rising sun, and it’s sunrise when you really want to sleep a little late after a day of outdoor activities. Other than that, excellent spot and excellent rental!
This property is accurately pictured in the listing. It is a brand new townhouse, very clean and roomy. The location is centralized to most places in and around Denver. There is a nice market just a few blocks from townhouse. This listing is in the city and is urban, with that being said there is quiet a bit of road noise, however it wasn't too bad later on at night, we got used to it over the course of our stay. We felt safe and the garage is a very nice feature. We were in Denver to play softball and this location was within 30 minutes of all the fields we used, which was very convenient. There is also a Wal-Mart, McDonald's, and a gas station about a mile away from the townhouse. We would definitely stay again in the future. In addition, the company that owns the townhose, Evolve, was very easy to work with throughout the process. Any time i had questions, their representative was there to answer them.
House was very clean and when we got the AC working it was a great place.
Property manager was super helpful with the house and the place was great. The area on the other hand was a shock. It seemed like we were being watched the entire time by the locals and day two our Yukon XL was stolen from the driveway. With the help of three police departments and Onstar we were able to recover our car with everything in it gone and wires exposed from them ripping out what they wanted. I was able to get it towed ($200) to the nearest dealership so I could get a new key programmed to the car ($700) as they had taken the key as well. What I thought was a good price for the VRBO it turns out it will cost us $1000's more than expected with what happen. I would recommend informing anyone to stays at this location to lock their car in the closed garage and keep all of the windows/doors locked.

We recommend to anyone in today's modern age to lock and secure their vehicles and not to leave their keys inside the vehicle where it would allow their vehicle to get stolen. You shared with us that the reason your vehicle was stolen was due to the keys being left in the vehicle.
We'd like to point out the owners utilized their resources to help you get a new vehicle and assisted in finding a towing provider."
