With incomparable views and the soothing tranquility of crashing waves, a beachfront property offers unmatched relaxation for both the mind and body. This property boasts some of the best views on the island. Located on the east coast with the Caribbean trade winds. The verandah overlooking the ocean on the upper level is ideal for enjoying the splendid view of the pool. A perfect setting for sipping cocktails and enjoying the moonlight in the evenings. There is comfortable teak and wicker outdoor furniture on this verandah.

Five air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the other 3 have a queen and main floor room with 2 queens all come with a/c. The house can sleep up to 12 people comfortably.

In a family friendly neighborhood, house has a large deck perfect for lounging and entertaining.

Check in is 3pm** - Check out is 11am*

Good public transport service is available, but renting a car is more convenient and suggested.

If you’re looking to escape the main tourist drag, this is the perfect spot. The east side of the island is incredibly peaceful and the house itself is very nice. We loved the quiet atmosphere compared to the busy west side. A rental car is essential for errands and supplies, but it's a small price to pay for such a relaxing stay.

Very nice location and views from the property. Far from activities but definitely worth it for the view. Host was responsive at first but then did not reply when I asked about 2 missing duvets, kitchen cleanliness, and bedsheets that were not clean. Wish she would’ve taken care of these issues or at least replied.

We had an absolute beautiful stay, the location is amazing and would return to this property. The neighbors were great to us. The one thing i would say is the view was marred by dirty windows. The view is so amazing the windows should be clean to look out. I understand the sea air probably doesn't help but that should be priority for the view to be enjoyed. Overall, an amazing place to stay!

Beautiful Place

Lovely, very comfortable place with a spectacular view from the patio and pool area. There was a bit of confusion at first checking in as the usual manager had recently passed away, but once we got in touch with Ainslie, she was very quick to respond and sort things out. The neighbors were very nice and Omar living next door as a taxi option is very convenient. It's a bit far from things so we recommend having a car otherwise.

Absolutely paradise

Marley Vale served our family (7 adults) with a spectacular experience. The view and quiet setting were second to none. Moonrise each night -a real treat! We essentially ‘lived’ on the porch where there was comfortable furniture for both lounging and eating. A constant ocean breeze, and of course the infinity pool, helped keep us comfortably cool-we only used ac to sleep. A great setting for our family get-a-way.

This house is spacious, clean and ac in every room. My friends and I had an amazing weekend there. When I say the view is spectacular I mean it. Everything was in order at this villa. Would definitely be staying here again and recommending anybody to do the same as well. Best time spent here for the year.

It was a perfectly relaxing week

We loved our stay at the villa. The view is one of the best on the island and the neighbors were lovely. We enjoyed the trade winds, relaxing by the pool, going down to one of the 2 beaches close by. We did a combo of driving a rental and hiring a taxi - and you do need to plan to spend some time getting to places. Russell was very responsive to all our questions and had a local host there to greet us when we arrived. Much appreciated! We hired a recommended private chef and made for a lovely evening. We would stay again!

This house delivered!

Beautiful home that was very authentic feeling but with modern appointments. The pool was perfect and it seemed like they thought of everything. Pool toys, sunscreen, tons of towels and really nice furniture. The upper patio was also an absolutely gorgeous place to watch the waves and enjoy the rugged east coast. My family is from the island and we all were visiting for a funeral. Highly recommend as long as you aren’t needing easy beach access. Loved it!

Marley Vale Experience

This house is exactly what was advertised and the host made it easy from check in with having the staff meet us to welcome us even though it was late at night. The family loved the porch especially coming home from a day of exploring to relax and enjoy the breeze. The pool was a welcome relief which was enjoyed by all. The only annoyance that I can speak of is the flies that come in when you opened the windows to let the breeze in. Would recommend windows with screens. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

If Perfect was a villa

This villa was absolutely amazing. It’s in a beautiful spot and the sunrise is out of this world. The villa was in the perfect place for us as we have family 1 street over. There’s not much around it in terms of touristy bits but you can catch bus from bottom of road. We loved how quiet it was. The villa was perfect for our family. 5 adults, 5 teens and 2 children. The owners answered our questions within minutes whenever we had any. No question was too big or too small. We would stay here again if or when we come back to the island.

A beautiful house in a stunning location

We spent a long weekend at this property in early April and just fell in love with it. The house is very spacious and is perfect for a group of friends or, in our case, two families. The pool is amazing and the added touch of seats in the pool where you can relax and read, or just stare out to sea made it all the more tempting. The house is well-equipped and spacious. What I particularly loved about the house was the stunning views. You will never tire of such an amazing view and seeing a sunrise in the morning is a MUST! The veranda is also really special as it has a dining table to eat in the evening and lovely sofas to relax and enjoy the views. Russell was a really friendly host who took customer service seriously. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best holiday. Now we are back in England we really miss the place but we will be back!

This was a good stay for our family and friends while visiting Barbados. We especially enjoyed the food from Tripple K’s—highly recommended! Check-in at Marley Vale Manor was easy, and the host was very flexible when we requested an earlier arrival, which we appreciated. The location was a bit tricky to find, but the driving directions were very helpful.The home had more of a cottage feel than the modern look we expected, but it worked well for our group. The host was responsive via the VRBO app when we needed help with supplies and the Wi-Fi. We did run into some issues with the bedroom TVs—some didn’t turn on, others had limited plug access, and one had sound problems—but we made do.The kitchen was decent, though it could’ve used more basics like paper towels and a broom for cleaning up. The standout feature of the property was the amazing view, breezy covered porch, and the pool—these made the stay truly enjoyable and worth it.We did encounter a pool pump issue during our stay. The host didn’t respond, but the house binder had contact info for the homeowner. She was very responsive, helped resolve the issue, and followed up to ensure everything was running smoothly.Overall, we had a great time and would recommend the property with a few noted improvements.

Nice but not over the moon

The property has an amazing view with tasteful decor and the pool is a nice addition. However, the house holds heat and with windows opened you are battling flies I guess because of several cows in the vicinity of the property so you have to use fans and AC almost always. The bathrooms had no toilet paper, all the towels were downstairs above the washing machine which was inconvenient if you didnt know they were there. Normally you find them folded in the bathrooms or at the bottom of your beds. There were no kitchen towels; yet another item you normally find. Heads-up: the driveway is on an incline.

A little piece of Heaven

Wow, Wow, Wow. This is our first time ever staying on the atlantic side of the island and it did not disappoint. The house was spectacular and the view was literally stunning just like all the other reviews had mentioned. The ocean breeze kept the airflow going and was wonderful. All rooms had air conditioning, washer and dryer and all the supplies needed if you happen to forget shampoo or Sunblock. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this is the spot for you. Russell and Kevier were wonderful hosts. We even requested for a traditional bajan meal to be cooked for us on one of our nights and it was AMAZING. Anytime we needed anything Russell was there to help. Shari that lives on the same driveway, in the green and orange house makes her own pepper sauce called Marley Vale pepper sauce and hands down it is the best pepper sauce our group has ever tasted. What’s great is you can purchase bottles right at her house. I can’t say enough good things about our stay in Barbados other than it was blissful and wonderful. Thank you Barbados you never disappoint and thank you Russell for providing us our view for the week. Will be back!!!

Ce fut un séjour parfait! Les propriétaires très à l’écoute. Réponse rapide. Il y a eu un petit problème avec la piscine, rien de majeur, on pouvait quand même en profiter, mais pour s’excuser, ils nous ont fait livrer un souper local qui était tout simplement délicieux.
