Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Classic mountain cabin in one of Big Bear's quietest neighborhoods. The smile on your face will say it all as you enjoy this tastefully updated cabin. Walking distance to the lake, Village, and Alpine Slide. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE – Comfy 1000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, bar seating, dining table, wood stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Living room has a sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN – Cooktop stove with 5 burners, oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. TVs, Firestick, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Pac 'n Play available. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
